 Townline's origins date back to
the late 1800's (consensus is 1885) as JD Pelegrin's Hall and Saloon.
This same building became Townline Bar and was there until Harold
Peterson purchased the condemned building in 1995. Harold built
the current convenience store and bar at this location and sold the bar
business to Dave Luedke and Mark Kulju in 1998 (see
article) |

 Dave and Mark expanded the food and drink offerings, updated the
facilities, and instilled a sense of customer service and quality.
In 2001, Kitchen Manager
MarioDerezinski joined the team to expand on the foundation
the owners set and extend the offerings even further with the
introduction of Townline Gourmet Pizza (see
article). |

Business flourished and it became evident the Cardinal Lane location would not accommodate Townline's exceptional growth. In September of 2004, Dave and Mark broke ground on the current facility on Lineville Road, just a "7 iron" away from the old location. Banquet facilities and family dining were added to the mix and the loyal customers from the old location have joined many new customers who enjoy the high energy atmosphere and expanded menu.

is to professionally prepare food and drinks with the highest quality
and care and serve them with excellent customer service. We strive
to make each and every customer an enjoyable, repeatable experience.
Our atmosphere is casual but lively (see
article). All of us at Townline are dedicated to those
who make dining and drinking a pleasure, who achieve contentness long
before capacity and who prove able to carry it, enjoy it, and remain
ladies and gentleman. Townline attracts customers who enjoy great
food and like to have fun. |
